Vinod K. Sodhi - Chief Executive Officer
Vinod Sodhi is a seasoned executive with significant P&L background. He was with Xerox Corporation for 12 years and played significant technical and general management roles at Xerox Computer Services, Diablo Communications Terminal Division, Office Products Division and Palo Alto Research Center (PARC). He was Founder/Group Program Manager of Diablo Communications Terminal Division, Chief Operating Officer of Magnetic Information Technology (MIT) a multinational manufacturer that was taken public, and Founder/CEO of Indus Systems. As entrepreneur, founder and executive, Mr. Sodhi has lead three companies to profitability and shuttered one start-up. During his tenure with Xerox Corporation, he held many senior technical and general management positions and was instrumental in establishing
two international communication product standards for facsimile and data communication terminals. He also sits on the Board of The National Health Foundation. Vinod graduated from the University of Michigan with a BSEE.
Randy Chung - Chief Technology Officer
Randy Chung has held senior technical management positions at Western Digital and Conexant. At Western Digital he was responsible for designing the first single chip disk drive controller circuit which was installed in over 100 million PC's and disk drives. The industry standard IDE interface is based on his device design. Mr. Chung holds11 patents and 7 more are currently pending. For his innovations, he was bestowed the rare honor of Engineering Fellow at Western Digital Corporation. Randy graduated from University of California at Berkley with a BSEE/EECS.
Rajeev Sehgal - Chief Business
Development Officer
Rajeev is a seasoned business executive and an
entrepreneur. His background includes over 14 years at
Xerox in various business development and management
roles. He was the Founder/chairman of Impresse
Corporation, a B2B startup which was funded by Kleiner
Perkins and Benchmark Capital to simplify the print
buying and productions processes. The company was
acquired by Print Cafe which is now a part of
Electronics For Imaging (NASDAQ: EFII). He is a founder
of two additional software startups, one established to
build an ASP for content management and the other for
providing 'personal resource planning' software and
services. Rajeev has done his Masters in History from
India.
